Hemorrhoids are swollen varicose veins present in the anal canal. Presence of a hemorrhoid may cause rectal bleeding, pain, burning, or irritation. The reason is because it's very tough to keep the swollen tissues clean. Hemorrhoids may be either internal or external. Rectal bleeding indicates the presence of internal hemorrhoids while pain in the anus area indicates presence of external hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids can be due to various number of causes. Some of the typical causes are aging, chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation, strain during bowel movement, etc. People who already are suffering from hemorrhoids have the potential to aggravate them by excessive straining or rubbing of that particular area.
A person can go for some home remedies for his hemorrhoid cure. Soaking in a warm water tub with nothing else added is a simple home based approach for hemorrhoid cure. This should be done for some ten minutes. When a person does this, he experiences immediate relief.
There are other simple ways for a hemorrhoid cure. Application of some baking soda can provide relief from the itching that usually accompanies a hemorrhoid. Another way is to go for a mixture of honey and sliced onions. The mixture must be applied on the hemorrhoid using a cotton wool. One can apply chopped onions and garlic cloves on the hemorrhoids using a cotton wool. The waiting period for both the previous methods is usually 3 hours.
For anus related pains, going for Vitamin E oil is a very smart decision. All one needs to do is apply the oil in the anus. This results in a soothing effect. One can also go for an aloe vera gel. A person needs to apply the aloe vera gel on the anus area to feel immediate relief. Applying witch hazels using a cotton ball will result in keeping the entire area clean.
There are other things (not exactly home remedies) that a person can do for his hemorrhoid cure. Avoid lifting of objects which will induce strain can help somewhat. There is nothing to worry about hemorrhoids at all because it is not a dangerous or life-threatening ailment. The most that hemorrhoids will cause you will be a short period of discomfort and pain. Hemorrhoids will usually disappear within a few days or a week at the most.
They are nothing more that swollen blood vessels that occupy the lower portion of the rectum as well as at the anus. The hemorrhoids can be either internal or external based on their location with respect to the anal canal. The internal hemorrhoids are above the dentate line of the anal canal while the external hemorrhoids are found below the dentate line.
If the hemorrhoids remain intact within the wall of the rectum, these are the first-degree type. If they protrude out of the anus but retract on their own, this is the second-degree hemorrhoids. The third-degree is where after protruding out of the anus, you need the use of a finger to push the hemorrhoids back into the rectum. The fourth-degree type is where the hemorrhoids cannot be pushed back into the rectum at all because of the large size of the hemorrhoids. Despite the different types of hemorrhoids, the home treatments are applicable to all types including the fourth-degree type which would normally require surgery to remove the hemorrhoids. The following can be undertaken to treat the hemorrhoids.
You can use a warm sitz bath. This can be in the form of a container which can be placed on the toilet bowl whereby you put warm water in it and later add in the herbal salts, Epsom salts or even baking soda. You can sit in the bath so that the hemorrhoids will shrink and becomes clean along the way. There will be some shrinking of the hemorrhoids. You can do this a few times daily for about 15 minutes each time.
Immediately check your diet so that you have plenty of fibers in it. Do this immediately because we do not want you to have constipation as this will worsen the hemorrhoids. You can get plenty of fibers from the fruits and vegetables. Some can be obtained from whole grains like rice and oat. The fibers will provide the watery bulk in the digestive tract thus ensuring the production of softer stools. With no constipation, there will be no straining on defecation. You will also need to remove old feces that are still trapped in the digestive tract. You can make use of beet fiber, psyllium husks, and oat fibers to cleanse the tract. These are the fibers used in colon cleansing formulation which can be done over a period from one to three months.
Add vitamin C, prunes and linseed to your diet as these have mild laxative action. Thus they will ensure that the stools are soft. You must also ensure that you drink at least 2 liters of water daily. You can drink in divided portions over 24 hours as you must not allow yourself to be dehydrated.
Make sure that you take vitamins and minerals supplement once daily as these will help with general body functions like respiration, digestion and tissue repair. The pancreas will need the vitamins in order for it to produce enzymes for digestion. When the digestion is good, the food waste will spend only a short time in the digestive tract thereby preventing putrefaction and infections.
Ensure that you exercise at least thrice weekly as this will strengthen the body and activate the lymphatic system to ensure optimum immunity against diseases. The body cells will then be able to withstand the stress due to hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoid home treatment is the best form of hemorrhoids treatment because the system makes use of easily available home remedies that are cheap, safe to use and very effective.

Hemorrhoids Home Cure - Ouch, What A Pain in the Backside

Hemorrhoids occur when the veins is the rectum become swollen and cause irritation. Hemorrhoids, in most instances, are a minor medical problem. They can be uncomfortable and painful and can cause much embarrassment to the sufferer. However, they are easy to treat and are often cured without too much pain.
Hemorrhoids are often referred to as piles, a term that is applied to a number of different conditions of the anal canal. Most commonly, however, it refers to hemorrhoids. It is also used to describe anal fissures or tears, clotted external hemorrhoids, and flaps of extra skin or skin tags on the anus.
The rectum is connected to the outside by a short tube called the anal canal which is the last part of the large intestine. The first part of this canal is lined with mucous membrane and the latter part is lined with skin which is very sensitive to pain. This canal is circled by a ring of muscle which is tightly contracted but relaxes to allow a bowel movement. This muscle is called the anal sphincter.
Hemorrhoids can be internal or external. Internal hemorrhoids are in the higher part of the anal canal. The veins swell and continue to increase in size over a period of years. They may be caused by prolonged straining to pass bowel motions and can be exacerbated by pregnancy. They are usually characterized by bright red bleeding that occurs at the end of passing a motion and they are usually relatively painless. If the hemorrhoids become bigger, they may come out of the anal canal and can be quite painful because of being strangulated or squeezed by a tight anal canal.
hemorrhoid cureAn anal fissure is a split in the anal canal, possibly caused by straining when constipated. This causes extreme pain when passing bowel motions and may be so bad that the person fears passing a motion. Often, these fissures heal of their own accord but sometimes a minor operation may be required.
External piles or hemorrhoids are caused when a blood vessel bursts just under the surface of the skin near the edge of the anal canal causing severe pain during and after the passing of a bowel motion. Sometime later, a painful lump appears that becomes red, sore, and inflamed. These are sometimes referred to as thrombosed piles.
Skin tags around the anal canal are not uncommon or painful but can cause problems with personal hygiene. They are often diagnosed and treated as external hemorrhoids but treatment is not really required.
Another condition that is sometimes wrongfully diagnosed as hemorrhoids is a condition known as anal fistula. The main symptom is a discharge of fluid, often like pus, but there is seldom much pain, bleeding or a lump. This condition usually appears as a result of an abscess in the lining of the anal canal, causing an abnormal connection between the outer skin of the anal canal and the inside of the canal. This causes secretions to leak out through the rectum. Treatment of internal hemorrhoids can take several different forms. They can be injected with a substance that makes them shrivel up if they are only small. Another method of treatment is by shrinking the hemorrhoids through a process of freezing, using a cryoprobe. Yet another method is to apply tiny rubber bands to cut off the supply of blood to the hemorrhoids.
There are some home treatments that are worth noting as they can be very helpful. These are taking a warm bath with a handful of salt dissolved in it if the hemorrhoids prolapse or appear externally as lumps. Alternatively, if the hemorrhoids become strangulated, you can apply a plastic bag of crushed ice to the enlarged hemorrhoids to ease the pain.
A diet high in fibre is very important to keep the gastrointestinal system working well and to avoid the discomfort of hemorrhoids as well as assisting in the general wellbeing of your body.

If you want to get rid of hemorrhoids you need to know what causes them and what natural remedies to use. Hemorrhoids are caused by constipation and the remedy you need for hemorrhoids is more than one remedy.

If you have hemorrhoids, then you need to have regular bowel movements When you go into the bathroom, go in there to have a bowel movement. Don't take a newspaper, magazine, or book to read because that keeps you in there longer. Sitting for long periods on the toilet puts pressure on your rectum and anal veins. This long sit will eventually leads to hemorrhoids or aggravates the hemorrhoids you already have. So, you don't want to sit there longer than necessary. And for sure, don't strain and push to have a bowel movement. This is a sure way to enlarge your hemorrhoids. If your stools don't want to come out, here are a few things you can while sitting on the toilet to help them to come out easier.1.Sit-up straight and lean back slightly2. Raise your arms up above you, this stretches and moves your colon place your feet on a small stool to move your knees upward. This takes off some of the pressure felt in your anal area 3.Move your stomach in and out to help move your colon 4.Move side to side to stretch and move your colon.
If you have a job where you have to sit all day, get up and walk around every hour or as often as you can. If you have an exercise room, do a few exercises for a few minutes. Doing exercise is necessary if you want to get rid of hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids are like extra skin with blood vessels or inflammation that accumulates around your anus. That area can become sensitive or painful to touch or when you are having a bowel movement. You need to exercise if you want to get rid of hemorrhoids. A daily fast walk around a few blocks is the best. Yoga is also very helpful, since it helps to stretch colon and anus muscles, and revive circulation. Any exercise you do will be helpful. Another exercise to do is on a rebounder. A rebounder exercises every part of your body and helps to force your lymph liquid into the lymph nodes for detoxification. This will help you to recover from any condition you might have quicker.

You can do all the things for preventing hemorrhoids and constipation, but if you do not exercise regularly,it will be hard to get rid of hemorrhoids and even constipation. So plan to exercise, it is good for life and not just good for hemorrhoids and constipation. The other exercise that you can do is an anus exercise. You do this by pushing down like if you are going to have a bowel movement and then pull back. Do this for a few minutes. This will help to build the tissue in that area and to bring new blood to remove the toxins that build up in that area. Yes I know, this is uncomfortable to do, but if you don't do some of these exercises, then these hemorrhoids will get worst as time passes.
